Argon Denims,
live in 48 hours.
GAZIPUR · BANGLADESH · 1,840 WORKERS · EST. 1996A vertically-integrated denim mill running TraceLoom across spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing. Kicked off March 11, 2026; live profile published March 13. Every input feed connected without a single row of hand-keyed data.

From quarterly spreadsheets
to a live URL.
Before TraceLoom, Argon's emissions answer to brand buyers was a quarterly spreadsheet, hand-typed by an external consultant from the same Power Distribution PDFs the accounts team already had. Welfare audits lived in a binder. The mill profile was a PDF dropped in a customer email thread.
Today, every utility bill drops into the parser the day it's issued. Welfare audits land as structured records the moment the auditor signs them. The mill profile lives at traceloom.co/m/argon-denims, a public share URL. When a brand asks for Scope 3, it's a link, not an email thread.
The 48-hour timeline counted from kickoff to the moment Argon's first buyer opened the public profile and saw real April numbers. Implementation included the DESCO meter parser, Oracle ERP export pipeline, and the welfare audit form, everything else was data plumbing on top.
The MD now reads the same numbers from the dashboard that the buyer reads from the public URL. There is no second source of truth.
